Her roles include Jane Kerkovich-Williams from ABC's comedy show Happy Endings, Denise Mahoney in Scrubs' final two seasons, Tiger on Hulu's comedy series Future Man, and Hannah Wyland in Quantico. She was a mainstay in the Fox comedy series 2022 Pivoting. Recently, she was an acting support in the Netflix show Murderville episode titled Who killed Santa. Coupe also took classes at ImprovOlympic and The Groundlings in improvisational comedy. In 2003, she performed in France playing a soldier in an all-female version of King Lear. Her one-woman show, The Patriots, premiered at the New York's Upright Citizens Brigade Theatre on November 5 in 2005. The show was awarded the Breakout Performer Award from HBO's U.S. Comedy Arts Festival in Aspen, Colorado in March 2006. Coupe was engaged to actor instructor and puppeteer Randall Whittinghill from December 2007 to June 2013.She announced her engagement to Darin Olien, who is the founder of the lifestyle brand SuperLife via Instagram on the 27th of November 2014. They were married on December 24, 2014 while on holiday in New Zealand. They filed for divorce on the 24th of December, 2014. From April 2011 through May 2013 Coupe appeared alongside Elisha Cuthbert and Zachary Knighton on ABC's ensemble comedy series Happy Endings. When the third season ended, ABC cancelled the show despite its critical acclaim. Happy Endings was cancelled. She played a recurring role in House of Lies's third season. She was also a part of Jay Harrington in Benched, an American comedy on the USA Network that premiered on October 28 the 28th of October, 2014. In the following season, she played the role in the role of Hannah Wyland in Quantico, an ABC thriller.
