Emma Rose Kenney (born April 1 1989) is an American actor. She played Deborah Gallagher on Shameless between 2011 and 2021. She also played Harris Conner Healy on Roseanne. Kenney, born September 14, 1999 in New York City. Kevin Kenney is a former New York Post sportswriter who is now a writer for Fox Sports. Her mother, Gillian Kenney, is an attorney for criminals. Emma Kenney shares the same birthplace as Emmy Rossum, her Shameless co-star. Kenney is 19 years old and was born Manhattan. On the Showtime TV hit Shameless she plays Debbie's sassy teenage daughter. While her birthplace was in New York, she was able to spend the bulk of her childhood years living in Garden State. Kenney was also famous for playing Darlene Gilbert's (Sara Gilbert), Harris' daughter in the Roseanne revival.
