Emma Rose Kenney is an American actor from the United States. She was the character Deborah Gallagher (Debbie) in the show Shameless between 2011 and 2021. Harris Conner Healy is the character she played in Roseanne's tenth series and The Conners which was its spin-off. Kenney was birthed at New York City on 14 September 1999. Her parents are Gillian Kenney, a criminal defense attorney, as well as Kevin Kenney, a sports writer, who previously wrote for The New York Post and now has a job at Fox Sports.
